We offer a 10% discount on "bundle" jobs when offering multiple estimates. We offer a 5% discount when paying in cash

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Schedule onsite estimate 2. Walkthrough project with client 3. Same day estimate sent 4. If estimate is approved, job is scheduled 5. Day of project start, initial walkthrough with client and crew 6. Delivery of materials and prep 7. Completion of job 8. Final walkthrough 9. Processing payment

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

*22 years as a general contractor working on small to large projects, full builds to drywall patches *OSHA 30 certified *LEAD certified *Licensed and insured

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a DIYer so i learned to fix things at a young age, after a few decades I decided to turn it into a business to help those who don't know how.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds from all places. Fixed incomes to trust funds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished the exterior on a 3.8m beach house. It took the crews just over a week to complete and it looks beautiful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First and foremost, you get what you pay for. Just because the other quote was cheaper doesn't mean you will get what you want, or what you deserve.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What colors and finishes would you like? What is the overall feeling your trying to invoke in the room? What is your budget? Are you looking for quality or speed, as they are usually independent of one another? What warranties are offered on labor? Where are the materials sourced? Have all crews been vetted and background searched?
